½ cup chilled cashew milk or coconut milk or almond milk

½ cup olive oil or grape seed oil

1 tbsp sugar

1-2 tbsp pizza or pasta seasoning

1 tbsp vinegar

Salt to taste


Mix all the ingredients in a blender until the mixture turns smooth, creamy, and thick. Refrigerate for half an hour and your delicious Vegan Mayonnaise is ready to serve!


  1. Coconut milk has it's own flavor. If you don't want that flavor in your mayonnaise then go ahead with almond milk or cashew milk.

2. You can use lemon juice also if you don't want to use vinegar.
