1 cup hazelnuts

6-7 seedless soaked dates

1 tbsp coco powder



Dry roast hazelnuts for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius.

Blend them in a blender to make a coarse powder.

Add soaked dates and coco powder and blend again.

Add some water to adjust the consistency and blend again.

Transfer in a jar and refrigerate for an hour.

Your Vegan Hazelnut Spread is ready.

You can spread it over pancakes or blend it with some plant-based milk along with bananas to make hazelnut banana smoothie. Enjoy!
