Ingredients:

1-2 chapatis

1 finely chopped cucumber

1 grated carrot

½ cup grated coconut

1 tomato finely chopped

½ capsicum finely chopped

1 small piece of beetroot – grated

Some finely chopped coriander leaves or mint leaves or spinach leaves

2-3 pieces of olives

1-2 pieces of jalapeno

2 tbsp hummus

2 tbsp mustard sauce

1 tbsp honey mustard sauce

2 tbsp sweet onion sauce

2 tbsp mayonnaise

2 tbsp pizza or pasta seasoning

Salt to taste

Method:

Take a bowl and add all the chopped and grated vegetables in it. Also, add jalapeno and olives. Mix them. Now, add mustard sauce, mayonnaise, sweet onion sauce, pizza seasoning, and salt. Give it a nice stir and mix all the veggies nicely. Keep it aside.

Take a chapati and spread hummus on it. Now, spread the veggies mixture and roll it.

Your super healthy and yummy salad roll is ready to grab. You can have it with cheesy dip or mayonnaise. This taste amazing. Your boring chapati is transformed into an amazing salad roll.
