1 cup boiled pumpkin
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tbsp oil
1 cup any plant-based milk
2-3 tbsp oregano seasoning
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp vinegar
3-4 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 dried red chilies
½ tbsp sugar
Salt to taste
Add oil in a pan.
Add all-purpose flour and roast until it changes color.
Slowly add plant-based milk and keep stirring to make it lump-free.
Add salt, vinegar, sugar, and oregano seasoning. Stir for 1-2 minutes on medium flame and this milk and flour syrup will start thickening.
Now, add boiled pumpkin in a blender with dried red chilies, lemon juice, and jalapenos. Blend to make a smooth paste.
Add this paste to the milk and flour syrup and mix it nicely.
Add tomato ketchup and bring it to a boil.
Adjust consistency as per your choice by adding water.
Cool it down. Keep it in refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Garnish it with some mint leaves.
Your Pumpkin Spice Hot Sauce is ready to serve. It tastes amazing with Zucchini Fritters, Burgers, and Potato Wedges. You can even have it with Nachos and Sandwiches.
You can also add olives for taste.
