Ingredients:

1 ½ cup chopped plums

1 tbsp fennel seeds

1 tbsp cumin seeds

½ tbsp mustard seeds

½ tbsp kalonji

1 tbsp red chili powder

½ cup jaggery

2 tbsp oil

Salt to taste

Method:

Add oil in a pan.

Add fennel seeds, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and kalonji. Let them splutter.

Add chopped plums and cook them on medium flame until they become mushy.

Now, add red chili powder and salt. Mix gently.

Add jaggery and cook again until jaggery melts.

Let it cool down. Then, transfer the mixture in a jar and keep it in refrigerator for an hour.

Serve with French fries or Zucchini fritters.

You can adjust the consistency and jaggery as per your choice.
