Ingredients:

10-12 curry leaves or mint leaves or coriander leaves

1 tbsp jaggery

1-2 tbsp lemon juice

1/4th tbsp Cardamom powder

Method:

Add curry leaves or mint leaves in boiling water. When water changes color, add jaggery and lemon juice. Let jaggery dissolves completely. After 2-3 boils, off the flame and leave the pan covered for 2 minutes. Then, strain the tea and serve by sprinkling cardamom powder over it.

Preservative-free, healthy, tasty, and the actual green tea is ready!

Notes:

You can also make green tea with basil leaves.
