1 cup soaked and boiled chickpeas

1 tbsp Tahini

1 cup olive oil

2-3 tbsp pizza or pasta seasoning

1-2 tbsp vinegar

1-2 slices of jalapenos

4-5 olives

Salt to taste


Blend chickpeas and make a thick paste.

Add tahini, jalapenos, olives, vinegar, salt, and seasoning.

Start adding olive oil gradually in small portions and keep blending.

Blend until the paste is smooth and creamy. You can adjust the consistency as per your choice.

Transfer the paste in a bowl and keep it in the refrigerator for an hour.

Before serving, drizzle some olive oil over it. You can also garnish it with roasted sesame seeds.
