1 carrot- grated

1 cucumber – diced in small pieces

½ beetroot - grated

½ coconut - grated

1 tomato – diced in small pieces

7-8 cherry tomatoes – cut in half

1 capsicum – diced in small pieces

Some spinach leaves - sliced

Some coriander leaves or mint leaves – sliced


Add all the grated and diced raw vegetables in a bowl and mix them nicely. Sprinkle sliced green leaves over it. The healthy and delicious salad is ready to grab.


You can replace the vegetables as per your choice or season but do not skip adding coconut.

You can also add sprouts.

Do not add any salt or seasoning or lemon juice in the salad.

To make it more colorful, you can add yellow and red capsicum also.
