Ingredients:

1 cup Maida / Plain Flour

½ cup Besan / Gram Flour

2 ½ tbsp. Suji / Semolina

½ cup Powder sugar / Boora

1 pinch Salt

1 pinch Cardamom Powder

1 cup coconut oil or vegan butter

Method:

Add maida, besan, suji, powder sugar, salt & cardamom powder in a bowl and mix well.

Pour in the coconut oil or vegan butter and knead into a dough by adding water as per required.

Divide into equal portions. Roll with a rolling pin and shape with the help of a cookie cutter or any small bowl.

Place in a greased baking tray and bake in a preheated oven for 15 mins at 150 Degree C.

Super easy and delicious cookies are ready to be served with a cup of hot tea.

Notes:

You can garnish the cookies with any dry fruits of your choice at the top while baking.

You can also add grated dry coconut for flavor.

Non-vegans can replace coconut oil or vegan butter with ghee or any salted butter.
