2 cups almonds
4 tbsp honey
½ cup sunflower oil
Take a pan and roast almonds on a medium flame until they change color and become fragrant.
Add the almonds in a blender when warm and blend until they turn into a smooth paste.
Keep scrapping sides in between.
Now, add honey and oil. Blend again and make a smooth paste.
You can adjust the consistency and sweetness as per your taste.
Almond butter is ready!
You can make almond butter banana shake from it or can spread on bread for a healthy breakfast.
